Congratulations to our own Jesse Desper who recently finished his first Ironman. Here's what he had to say: "Well that was a day. Bottom line I finished and can officially say I’m an Ironman. I had a great swim and a good bike but the 95 degree heat and humidity took a bigger toll on me than I realized. I jog walked as much as I could but had to fully walk the last 6 miles. I’ve never been in more pain but I kept putting 1 foot in front of the other and didn’t quit (even though I wanted to multiple times) thanks to my wife for her amazing support and all of you that followed me and sent encouragement and congrats. Time to not do anything for a while!"
